Hello, I am Shad, Service Manager at J & L Auto Service. I have been working in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I have enjoyed working in several fields of the industry, but my favorite part is helping customers. I enjoy making something as complex as a vehicle repair simple to understand. I have worked for a few large companies in my past and did not enjoy being a number. In 2011, I had the opportunity to come work for J&L. I love being part of a business that is family owned. We work as a team and take pride in our work. Treating our customers like family is not just a slogan at J&L, it is our standard of doing business . I believe that is why J&L has been trusted for over 60 years. I’m glad to be a part of the family.

Brian started working in automotive repair in 1991 here at J & L. He attended Nashville Auto Diesel College from 1992-1993 and graduated in the top of his class. 28 years as a Master Mechanic, Bran can fix anything you bring him, from classics to modern vehicles.
